Arrivals and Departures
Check in time: 1500
Check out time: 1000
Use of the lodge facilities prior to check in, or after check out time, including breakfast on arrival or late shower on departure, can be arranged. Please check procedure & cost, at time of booking or on arrival.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations.
Balance of tariff is payable not later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
All cancellations to be notified in writing or e-mail to enable a refund to be sent.
If more than 60 days notice recieved full refund less 10% of the total tariff.
If less than 60 days notice recieved, no refund of deposit.
Insurance
We consider it wise, and strongly recommend, that you obtain travel insurance. This can protect you against losses including your need to cancel. |
